Consult current ARB guidelines and obtain required approvals before building or altering a home. Association approval does not replace county permits or a builder’s contractual obligations.
ARB guidelines & applications ↗Old South Properties provides real estate representation; OSP Construction handles its own homebuilding contracts. The POA is a separate association. Project-specific construction, warranties and development obligations must be confirmed with the responsible builder or developer and the applicable documents.
